Building permission has laready been granted for the construction of 27 villas (19 overwater villas or bungalows, as well as 8 beach villas). The original drawings have already been submitted for the construction permit, and will be forwarded to a potential buyer once the proper documentation has been received from an interested party.

A LITTLE ABOUT BAA ATOLL
Baa Atoll is located north-west of Malé and separated from the central atolls by the broad waters of the Kandiva Channel. The atoll is comprised of 75 islands scattered across nearly 1,200 km² of sea and of these, only thirteen are inhabited and home to a population of around 11,000 Maldivians. Seventeen islands have been developed into resorts.
This atoll is home to luxury brand hotels such as Anantara, Amilla, Milaidhoo, Vakkaru and the Four Seasons, as well as several guest houses on local islands.
The beautiful Baa Atoll is a 35-minute seaplane journey from Velaanaa International Airport (Malé) or a 25 minute domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Domestic Airport. Following that, it would be a short 10-15 minute by speed boat ride to the island.
